Accreditation is non-negotiable. Most courses just inform.

You renew every two years, plus an annual certification of good standing. The question is whether you renew with a checkbox or with a skill set that wins more claims.

An advocate and a client talking across a conference table

Information is not ability

Generic CLEs recite the rules. Winning Pension, DIC, SMC, and decision reviews takes procedure, forms, and a filing method, not a lecture.

Lapsing is costly

Miss a renewal and you lose the ability to represent clients before the VA. Deadlines are easy to forget when you are busy.

You are overpaying

Comparable courses run up to $695 for the video alone. No handbook, no claim folder, no support.

Before you enroll

Does this satisfy my VA accreditation CLE requirement?

Yes. The 3-hour course is qualified nationwide under 38 C.F.R. §14.629 through 2026. It meets the initial first-year requirement and the ongoing 3-hour requirement due every two years thereafter.

Is it approved for state bar CLE credit?

It is pre-approved in Florida (4 hours), Georgia (3.5), Illinois (3), North Carolina (3.5) and Ohio (3), with instructions for applying in other states. Submit within 30 days of purchase.

Does the Agent Orange course count toward the requirement?

No. It is a skill-building deep dive that strengthens your claims work, not a compliance credit. It is included in the bundle to make you better, not to check a box.

What do I get immediately?

Links to the online modules, the claim support folder, and a PDF certificate are emailed right after purchase. A hardcopy certificate and handbook ship by mail.

Can I buy seats for my whole firm?

Yes. The Firm and Practice tier covers five seats at roughly 20% off the per-seat price, and larger volume pricing is available. Just reach out.

Renew once. Serve better every day.

Get the whole bundle for less than what others charge for the course alone, backed by a full refund if it does not satisfy your requirement.
